New Solutions in Lake Havasu City, AZ seeks a RN Director of the Emergency Department to lead our ED team and oversee clinical operations. This role focuses on strategic leadership, budget oversight, staff development, and implementation of evidence-based care in a dynamic environment.

Relocation assistance and sign-on are available. Requirements include an active RN license in Arizona (or Compact with AZ endorsement), BSN, current BCLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, and a track record of ED leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact license with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.

We are actively looking for a skilled RN to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.

• Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
• Enhance professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
