Job summary

UpLevel Sourcing, LLC seeks a visionary Director of Emergency Room to lead a 100-bed acute care hospital in Arizona. You will oversee the Emergency Department, driving clinical and operational excellence and staff engagement.

This executive role requires close collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer, strong nursing leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred.
• ACLS certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required as well.
• Arizona RN license or Compact State RN license.
• Minimum 5 years in middle/upper management in an Emergency Department setting.
• TNCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and direction for the fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to address nursing challenges and interpret hospital policies.
• Ensure high-quality nursing care and patient satisfaction.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated ED team and drive clinical and operational excellence.

Job Summary:

As the Director of Emergency Room, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative oversight and direction for our fast-paced Emergency Department. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring high-quality nursing care and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, addressing nursing challenges and interpreting hospital policies to meet and exceed patient care standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
• Certifications: Must have ACLS certification upon hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is also required.
• Licensure: Must hold a current Arizona Registered Nurse license or a Compact State Registered Nurse license.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in middle or upper management in an Emergency Department setting.
• Preferred: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification.
