The role focuses on staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based clinical protocols while fostering a supportive, collaborative culture and advancing professional development for your team. In-person work at our facility is required.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or Compact license with Arizona endorsement.
• BSN from an accredited institution.
• Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
• Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
