Job summary

Corewell Health’s Wayne Hospital dialysis unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional dialysis care in a busy, patient-centered environment. You will work under the ANA nursing process, coordinating with nephrology staff to deliver high-quality treatment for our patients.

Full-time position with day shift, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. Requires BSN within 5 years, MN RN license in Michigan, and BLS on hire; nephrology experience preferred.

Qualifications

Associates degree in nursing required.
BSN required within 5 years.
Graduates from a non-accredited school must have NCLEX and either acute care or licensed healthcare experience.
MI RN license required.
BLS certification required upon hire.
Specialty certification within 2 years preferred.
2 years nephrology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care according to the ANA framework using patient-family centered care.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients; document education in health records.
Collaborate with Nurse Leader and care team to plan and execute care.
