Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff, participate in staffing and disciplinary decisions, oversee patient care plans, and ensure adherence to policies and safety protocols.
• Supervise documentation, coordinate patient assignments, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with the care team to monitor patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families, operate dialysis and emergency equipment, and assist with staff training and hiring.
• Promote a safe environment, participate in quality assurance activities, and support special projects as needed.
