Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN – Dialysis for an in-office contract role in Tehachapi, CA. The candidate must have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months and be able to backfill as needed across a 3x12 schedule. Home base location listed as Hanford; floating required within the CVN.

The ideal candidate will deliver coordinated nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift – 36‑48 hours per week (3x12s). Must have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months. Home base location: Hanford. Floating required throughout the CVN.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
