View Point Health in Covington, GA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for its detox residential unit. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, develop care plans, and document in the electronic health record, supporting withdrawal management and patient safety.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing, GA RN license, and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team; the unit emphasizes supervision, observation, and evidence-based practices, with occasional shift coverage

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse or Multistate license; or one (1) year of RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial nursing assessments and document treatments and plans in the patient record.
• Administer medications, treatments, and tests as allowed by law.
• Implement physician orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Assist with discharge planning and transitions of care.
