Job summary

Promises Behavioral Health in Decula, GA seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct client care within a medical detoxification and residential program, coordinating with the health team to ensure high standards of nursing care and patient safety.

The RN will oversee admissions/discharges, support medication administration, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and maintain accurate records per policy and HIPAA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited RN program completed.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment of patient’s medical orders and address medical concerns.
• Triage medical issues and administer medications as directed by physician.
• Monitor patient self-administration of medications.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with clinical team.
