Job summary

Good Landing Recovery in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical operations on our detox/residential unit. You will monitor patient care, perform vitals, coordinate with the Medical Director, and supervise staff during your shift.

Valid GA RN licensure with 1–2 years in substance abuse or mental health care is preferred. The role offers a 12-hour night shift (7 PM–7 AM) with alternating weekends and opportunities to grow in a faith-based, outcomes-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid in GA.
• 1–2 years in substance abuse and mental health experience preferred.
• 6–12 month experience in detox/residential care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit operations during shift.
• Provide direct client care for detox/residential clients.
• Take vitals and perform physical assessments.
• Administer medications as prescribed and documented.
• Coordinate intake physicals with Medical Director.
• Maintain documentation per regulations and guidelines.
• Identify signs of relapse or medical issues and respond appropriately.
• Support staff during challenging situations and ensure patient safety.
