Veterans Health Administration in the United States seeks a Registered Nurse (Deputy Chief Integrated Care Management) to lead and oversee IVC operations across local, regional, and national levels. The role combines clinical leadership with administration, education, and mentorship of nursing teams within Community Care and referral coordination.
The Deputy Chief ICM will guide program development, utilization management, data analysis, and strategic nursing initiatives to improve veteran care
Qualificações
- Active, unrestricted nursing license in any US state.
- Senior nursing leadership and program management experience.
- Ability to analyze data to inform nursing program development.
- Experience in care coordination and utilization management.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee nursing program development within Community Care and referral coordination.
- Establish and follow a nursing capabilities model for eligibility, referral, authorization and utilization management.
- Provide clinical nursing oversight and leadership to daily operations and policy implementation.
- Oversee nursing performance and quality standards to improve veteran outcomes.
- Define utilization management processes and ensure reporting to stakeholders.
