This full-time role features three 12-hour shifts from 0630 to 1900, with a hybrid focus on floor nursing and teaching; responsibilities include direct patient care across all ages and collaboration with ancillary departments.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing program degree (ADN, diploma, or BSN), Missouri RN license or compact, and BLS

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC may be required based on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care across all age groups, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with ancillary departments to ensure patient comfort and safety.
