Responsibilities include coordinating care across the nursing process, ensuring safety, and following established standards and hospital policies to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
