Job summary

Ochsner Health in New Orleans is hiring a Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Standards of Practice.

Certifications

• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Exertion of 50–100 lbs occasionally or 25–50 lbs frequently. Requires walking or standing, pushing/pulling, and exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially hazardous medications or waste. Occupational risk for communicable diseases is present.
