Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care. You will perform assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while collaborating closely with the care team.

The position requires an RN license, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year of experience, with an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred). Salary ranges from $34.60 to $59.83 per hour, plus relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience is required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, reevaluating as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
