Responsibilities

• Perform initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of admission.
• Administer medications and supervise self-administered medications.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and accurate records.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, self-care, and symptom management.
• Ensure clients have appropriate medical coverage and provider compliance.
• Assist in infection control and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
