Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our full-time day shift team in Loveland, CO. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload and coordinate treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.

Documentation and adherence to procedures are essential. The role requires an active CO RN license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and EMR experience (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state where services are rendered (Colorado).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification current and nationally accredited.
• Knowledge of computer and EMR systems (KIPU preferred).
• Must maintain state licensure requirements throughout employment.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional boundaries.
• Adhere to ethical standards of licensure boards.

Responsabilités

• Interact routinely with patients and observe behaviors to inform multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide education to patients and families.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment and discharge plans with the team.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Document medical assessments and treatment plans promptly.
