Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in CO.
• At least 21 years old.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and report observations to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Use de‑escalation techniques to maintain safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning to patients and families.
• Document medical assessments, progress notes and care planning in a timely manner.
