Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time days in Loveland, CO. Schedule is 3x12s, 6am-6:30pm, with supervision by a RN or provider and adherence to care protocols.

You'll coordinate treatment plans and document thoroughly in patient records. Essential duties include medication administration, patient education, and active participation in multidisciplinary rounds.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the practicing state.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to document accurately in medical records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer medications per protocol.
• Perform admission, orientation, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant patient environment.
