Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit Part Time, Day Shift. The role involves caring for ED and Medical/Surgical patients with a 12-hour day schedule from 7am to 7pm. After orientation, the position becomes part-time, with orientation on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• BSN required or in progress for RN role with plan to complete BSN within 5 years
• Active Virginia RN license or multi-state license eligible
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Follow care plans and consult RN for complex pathways.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend rounds and contribute to care discussions.
