Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required or achieved within 5 years if ADN held.
• 1 year of RN clinical experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as RN in Virginia.
• BLS from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting data sets.
• Formulates individualized plans of care based on assessments.
• Delivers patient- and family-centered care across the continuum of care.
• Advocates for patients' rights and provides guidance to resolve issues.
• Coordinates care and transitions with the healthcare team and external services.
• Documents all patient care activities per standards.
