Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN license by the State Board.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans with the team.
• Set realistic short- and long-term patient goals and monitor outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate nursing tasks and supervise staff to ensure proper care.
• Communicate patient information across shifts and with families.
