Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cornerstone facility Day Shift to deliver high‑quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. You will assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate records while educating families on treatment plans.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient rights and promote safe, efficient health outcomes in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the United States is required and must be current.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in hospital or healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical‑surgical nursing principles and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care instructions.
• Utilize telemetry to monitor cardiac patients and respond to abnormalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Deliver nursing care across medical, surgical, and pediatric units, adapting to patient needs.
