Job summary

Bradford Health Services in Louisville, TN, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Cornerstone facility on Day Shift. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and maintain accurate records to support high‑quality care across clinical settings.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will educate patients and families, advocate for patient choices, and promote safety and positive health outcomes in a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (AS or BS in nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical/surgical nursing principles and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care instructions.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac patients and respond promptly to abnormalities.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences while coordinating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric units, adapting to the specific needs of each patient population.
