Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Florida.
• Prefer at least one year of nursing experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions per current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the long-term care facility/assisted living communities.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
• Complete daily clinical rounds and report significant events to the supervisor.
• Update care plans and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
