Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking a rockstar RN to lead the day shift (7AM–7PM). You’ll supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence while delivering hands-on resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri (active & in good standing).
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to get one.
• A positive attitude and solid clinical skills.
• Previous long-term care experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence
• Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts like a pro
• Communicate with doctors, families, and your amazing team
• Stay on top of documentation, care plans, and shift reports
• Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff
