Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our day shift (7AM–7PM). Bring your compassionate care, strong clinical skills, and sense of humor to a supportive team that values growth and work-life balance.

You’ll supervise LPNs and CNAs, administer medications, update charts, and communicate with doctors and families. We offer competitive pay with bonuses, a 401(k) match, health/dental/vision coverage, PTO and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri (active & in good standing).
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive attitude and solid clinical skills.
• Long-term care experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and care staff with kindness and confidence.
• Administer meds, monitor resident care, and update charts like a pro.
• Communicate with doctors, families, and your amazing team.
• Stay on top of documentation, care plans, and shift reports.
• Help create a calm, safe, and supportive space for residents and staff.
