Wellstar Health System seeks an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting. You will practice under Nurse Managers with guidance from the Wellstar governance model and leadership.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care honoring cultural diversity and family involvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care and timely documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
• Mentor and precept less experienced staff and students where applicable.
