Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state licensure)
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient education

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Assist physicians during procedures and participate in life‑saving interventions
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge plans
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
• Prepare endoscopy rooms and sterilize equipment
• Participate in performance improvement and audits
