Job summary

Grandview Endoscopy Surgery Center in Birmingham, AL seeks a Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process within a fast-paced surgical setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, administer medications, assist procedures, monitor patient status, educate families, and uphold infection control and safety standards to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Alabama.
• 0-2 years clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor responses.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS/PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures and with care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-care.
