Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team. The role emphasizes care coordination and applying nursing standards across the patient population.

The RN will demonstrate competency across all phases of nursing practice and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NL C state.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
