Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across the patient care continuum.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, planning, and education, and ensure quality outcomes while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and Sanford standards. Shift: 12 hours, rotating; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in state of practice (unencumbered) or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Uses the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Provides patient education, triage and various nursing interventions within the scope of nursing practice.
