Good Samaritan in Ellis, KS is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time care of residents in a not-for-profit setting with a Christian environment. The role emphasizes using the nursing process to assess and plan individualized care, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating care across shifts.

Ideal applicants hold a BSN (preferred) and an unencumbered RN license with state Board of Nursing; multi-state licensure is acceptable under NLC.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Possesses current RN license with state board; multi-state license acceptable if in NLC state.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
