Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents in Ellis, KS. The role involves collaborating with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian not-for-profit setting.

The RN will coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and contribute to education and various nursing interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and educate residents and families; collaborate with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
