Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments per nursing plan.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Develops patient care plans with physician guidance and family instruction.
• Participates in department performance improvement and peer review.
• Documents care per standards of care and regulations.
