Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care is seeking a compassionate LPN to serve as Charge Nurse on the day shift, guiding CNAs and other care staff while delivering resident-centered care.

You must hold an active Missouri LPN license and CPR/BLS certification; leadership experience is a plus. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment. Walk-in interviews are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in resident conditions to RNs or physicians
• Participate in rounds, admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
• Maintain accurate records and follow all medication protocols

What You’ll Need
