Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Day Shift to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, MO. As a Registered Nurse with Pinnacle Point, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
