Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, Missouri is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the full-time Day Shift. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document resident care accurately in the EMR
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
