Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, Missouri is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on every-other-weekend. This role offers a meaningful way to supplement income while maintaining work-life balance in a resident-focused setting.

Ideal candidates are Missouri-licensed RNs with BLS/CPR, strong leadership and communication skills, and 1–2 years in skilled nursing or long-term care. PCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1–2 years skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, assessment and communication skills.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Provide high-quality resident care and clinical oversight.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate resident updates to families and healthcare providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation (PointClickCare, MDS, care plans).
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Investigate, document, and report incidents.
• Participate in shift reports and hand-offs for continuity of care.
