Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is hiring Day Shift Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our close-knit, resident-centered team. This day shift role emphasizes compassionate care, timely med administration, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Missouri RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and a passion for high-quality long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Current, active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or senior living preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents during the day shift.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately.
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident condition.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Supervise CNAs and delegate nursing tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.

Day Shift RN/LPN Job Description

As a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
