Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Vermont.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate with physicians and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
