Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in the State of VT.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Provide care per individualized Care Plan.
• Support nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
