Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and per-diem roles. Shifts include 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (FT) and any 8-hour PRN shifts with one weekend per month.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new FT hires, with a pay rate of $42–$48/hr plus a $1/hr evening/night differential. Applicants must hold a current NJ RN license and BLS CPR certification, with strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
BLS Certification (CPR) required.
Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
