Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience to join our patient‑centered team. This PRN opportunity offers daily pay and a competitive all‑inclusive hourly wage of $37–$45.80, with a shift differential up to $3.80.

As an RN, you will perform medication administration, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active RN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician plan of treatment, and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
