Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Kentucky RN license or active multistate license.
• BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Handle with Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Provides patient/family education tailored to age and culture.
• Advocates for patient wellbeing and participates in performance improvement.
• Maintains reliable attendance and adapts shifts as needed.
