Job summary

The role requires PA RN licensure (or eNLC), CPR certification, and compliance with required background clearances; CNOR and prior cardiovascular OR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• CPR certification is required.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provides feedback on clinical practice and role performance.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and uses best practices.
• Manages staff assignment during charge role.
• Promotes compassionate communication that is patient- and family-centered.
