Cynet Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CVOR to support pediatric and adult congenital cardiac cases, performing perioperative care for complex procedures. This 13-week, day-shift assignment requires active RN licensure in Florida or multi-state, plus BLS and PALS.
Experience in perioperative nursing and cardiac surgery is strongly preferred, with CPB familiarity and CNOR/CPN waivers a plus.

Must-Have: Must be available to participate in the alternating 1st-call and 2nd-call rotation. Pediatric, congenital, or adult congenital cardiac experience preferred.
Description:The Cardiac Specialty Registered Nurse provides perioperative nursing care for pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patients undergoing complex cardiac procedures.The RN prepares and manages the operating room.They support cardiac surgical procedures, maintain sterile technique, and uphold patient safety standards.Collaboration with cardiac surgeons, anesthesia, perfusion, and the multidisciplinary surgical team is essential.Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for complex cardiac procedures.Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary instruments, equipment, implants, and supplies are available.Support procedures involving cardiopulmonary bypass and coordinate with perfusion.Maintain sterile technique, surgical counts, time-outs, and accurate documentation.Anticipate intraoperative needs and respond appropriately during complex or emergent cases.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusion, surgical technologists, and nursing staff.Support quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.This is an immediate-fill need to prevent disruption to scheduled cardiac surgeries.
