Description:This is a cardiovascular surgery unit.The unit features 13 beds.The staff consists of 62 members.Day shift staffing includes 32 personnel, which comprises 1 Charge RN and 1 board runner.Night shift staffing includes 2 personnel, comprising 1 RN and 1 CST.The patient ratio is 1:1.The equipment used includes an EMR system.On-call requirements are 2 nights a week and 1 weekend per month.There is no floating requirement for staff.Candidates must have experience circulating for heart surgeries.Preferred candidates will have additional skills related to heart surgeries.Common procedures performed include CABG.The unit operates under a drama-free policy.This opportunity is designed to attract talent seeking a supportive work environment.
