Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join a fast-paced surgical team. The 13-week assignment features a day shift, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, with on-call every third day and 1–2 weekends per month.

Ideal candidates have CVOR experience, current RN license, ACLS/BLS, and EPIC charting proficiency. Willingness to assist in the General OR when CVOR cases are slow is required, with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in CVOR and assist in General OR when CVOR cases are not present.
• Maintain call schedule every 3rd day and 1–2 weekends per month.
• Adhere to tobacco- and fragrance-free environment and perioperative policies.
• Candidates may be subject to clinical review and background screening.

Description:Schedule requirements are Monday through Friday.Shifts run from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.On-call expectations are every 3rd day.Call coverage involves at least 1 to 2 weekends per month.All staff will be expected to assist in the General Operating Room when CVOR cases are not present.Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit for the position.Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.Manager will interview qualified candidates before a final decision is made.Candidates may care for patients with COVID-19.This facility is a tobacco and fragrance-free environment.Maximum requested time off is 7 days.Local candidates may be considered at a lower rate.EPIC charting experience is heavily preferred.AHA or ARC certifications are required.Candidates must have a recent history of working with surgical cases, specifically in cardiovascular procedures.Traveling nurses are encouraged to apply.This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive healthcare team.Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with diverse patient cases.Please ensure all submitted credentials align with requirements outlined in this description.
