Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with CVOR specialty for a 13-week assignment in Chicago. The position requires an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification, and at least 2 years of CVOR experience, including exposure to open heart cases and vein harvesting.

Shift is 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, 10 hours per shift, experience in coordinating multidisciplinary care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to take call and work holidays.
• Current RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification.

Description:Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Must take call and work holidays if needed.
