Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a seasoned RN for CVOR travel assignment in California for 13 weeks. Day shift, 8 hours, 06:30-15:00, with required call on weekends and 2–3 additional days weekly.

Requires California RN license, BLS and ACLS, minimum 5 years total experience with at least 3 years in CVOR, and demonstrated expertise in surgical circulation and Epic charting. Trauma facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CVOR circulating nursing duties in surgical procedures
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and coordinate with surgical team
• Manage equipment, sterile technique and infection control during procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Maintain detailed documentation using Epic charting system

Description:Local rate may differ.Monday to Friday shifts with call required.Candidates must have a valid California RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in necessary specialty areas to be considered.Proficiency in surgical circulation and experience with Epic charting is required.Call will be required every other weekend from Friday at 15:00 through Monday at 06:30.Additionally, there will be a weekly call requirement of 2-3 days from 15:00 to 06:30.

Previous charge experience is preferred.Experience in a Level II trauma facility is required.Candidates are expected to have skills in various surgical procedures including, but not limited to:

• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair
• Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
• Cardiac Monitoring
• Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement (SAVR)
• Endovascular Aneurysm Repair

Candidates should also exhibit skills in patient monitoring, infection control, and wound management.A comprehensive understanding of safety protocols in surgery is essential.Candidates must adhere to the compliance and verification requirements set by the hiring entity.
